We’re having a party to celebrate the launch of our new fitness equipment.. Come and join in the celebrations!!

Installation of our new Climbing Frame is under way.

We were invited along by the local ladies group to talk about the Friends of Charnock Rec.

We have been advised by Sheffield City Council- Rangers dept, that the 5 benches that we obtained through lottery funding are to be installed towards the end of Feb 2012.

Behind the scenes we are busy preparing end of grant statements /reports for the National Lottery , which have to be submitted very soon, this is a big piece of work, it is important and has to be in very soon.

We have had confirmation that this equipment is being delivered to Sheffield City council week beginning 6th February.

We are aware that this is looking pretty unkempt and out of shape at the moment- this is due to the high winds at the park and the tunnel being so exposed
